Rate Card

Senior technology leadership for Agentic AI, Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Digital Strategy, Product Strategy and business transformation.

Current rates

All rates are in Australian dollars and exclusive of GST. The applicable rate depends on notice, timing and whether an active retainer is in place. Fixed-scope projects and transformation programmes are quoted separately where appropriate.

Urgent / Overtime

$300/hr

Work requested with less than 5 business days’ notice, or outside 8:30am–5:30pm AEST Monday to Friday, weekends or Queensland public holidays, unless a retainer is in place.

Standard / Time & Materials

$250/hr

Project work, workshops, architecture, strategy and delivery booked with at least 5 business days’ notice, including approved change requests.

Retainer — 25 hours/month

$190/hr

Steady advisory, architecture and delivery. $4,750 + GST per month, invoiced in advance.

Retainer — 50 hours/month

$180/hr

Fractional Enterprise Architecture, CIO/CTO advisory or an ongoing AI programme. $9,000 + GST per month, invoiced in advance.

Retainer — 100 hours/month

$170/hr

Substantial ongoing delivery, architecture or transformation programmes. $17,000 + GST per month, invoiced in advance.

Retainers

  • • Invoiced monthly in advance.
  • • Minimum term of 3 months, then month-to-month on 30 days’ written notice.
  • • Priority response; short-notice work is drawn at the retainer rate.
  • • A reload request is raised at 80% of available hours used.
  • • Up to 20% of the monthly allocation may roll into the following month.
  • • Third-party licences, hosting and API usage are additional unless expressly included.

Effective from 1 October 2026. Rates are indicative and subject to confirmation of scope, availability, engagement type and commercial terms in the relevant proposal or Engagement Agreement.
